At Collecte Luxury, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our carefully curated vintage designer items. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase. Each item is unique, and it is important that you are completely satisfied with your choice. We apply the following return conditions:

1. Return Conditions

To request a return, please send an email to contact@collecteluxuxury.com.

Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The return tag must remain attached to the item or bag. Items without an intact return tag will not be accepted.
Personalized adjustments or items that show clear signs of use are not eligible for return.

2. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Only the purchase price of the item will be refunded; shipping costs are not reimbursed.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If a product is different from what was described or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days and provide photos of the item and the issue.
