These Terms of Service apply to the use of the services, products, and website of Collecte Luxury. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Collecte Luxury specializes in retail of vintage designer bags. We guarantee that every item is authentic, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our services include, among others:
- Online sales via the website
- Customer service and advice
- Delivery of orders
3. Use of the Website
- The website may only be used for lawful purposes
- It is not permitted to use the website for fraudulent orders or misleading information
- All content (texts, photos, logos) is the property of Collecte Luxury and may not be used without prior consent
4. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order
- Customers are responsible for keeping login details secure (if applicable)
- Customers acknowledge that purchasing vintage products means signs of use may be present
5. Orders and Payments
- An order is only final after confirmation by email from Collecte Luxury
- Payment must be made in advance through the available payment methods
- In case of late payment, Collecte Luxury reserves the right to cancel the order
6. Delivery
- We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days
- Delivery times are indicative and may vary
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery
7. Returns & After-Sales Service
- You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Complaints about delivered services or products can be reported via contact@collecteluxury.com. We aim to respond within 14 days
8. Limitation of Liability
Collecte Luxury is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. Total liability is limited to the amount of the order.
9. Changes to the Terms of Service
Collecte Luxury reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
