Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

- Orders placed and paid for on business days before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days

- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

2. Shipping Costs

- Within the Netherlands: €9,95

- Within the EU: €14,95

- Outside the EU: on request (depending on destination and courier service)

3. Shipping Methods
We ship primarily with [PostNL / DHL / UPS or other carrier]. Once shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.

4. Delivery Times

- Netherlands: average [1–3] business days

- Within the EU: average [3–7] business days

- Outside the EU: average [7–14] business days (depending on customs clearance)

5. Risk and Liability

- Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer

- Collecte Luxury is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities

6. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs such as import duties, taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by customs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Collecte Luxury cannot be held liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
